Welcome to Lucy's Little Studio we are a UK-based online retailer of homeware products. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website www.lucyslittlestudio.co.uk, including all services, products, and content provided through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.

This site is owned and operated by Lucy's Little Studio of Manor Cottage, Brimfield, Ludlow, SY8 4ND.

2.The Contract between us

We must receive full payment of the goods and services before the order can be accepted. To enable us to process your order you will need to provide your e-mail address. We will then notify you be e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

All rights. Including copyright in this website are owned by Lucy's Little Studio. Any use of this website or contents, including copying, other than for your own personal use is strictly prohibited without our permission. Modification or reposting anything from our website for any purpose is also prohibited. 

4.Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality, including through hacking or introducing malicious code.
• Use the Site to harass or harm others.

5.Product care and Orders

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product packaging may differ from images shown. If a product does not meet its description, you may return it as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5.1 Lucy's little studio ensures all products are made to a high standard and undergo a careful quality control procedure. However, each item is made by hand and slight imperfections may apply. 

5.2 Lucy's little studio takes no responsibility for damage to products during installation.   

5.3 Lucy's little studio takes no responsibility for damage to products if incorrect cleaning procedures are followed. 

6.Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple pay. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

7.Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at hello@lucyslittlestudio.co.uk. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund Policy. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

8.Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed due to incorrect payment details or shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control for example weather, strikes, Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9.Your Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing from the UK, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right:

9.1 Should you wish to cancel your order notify us in writing via email to hello@lucyslittlestudio.co.uk.

9.2 You cannot cancel your order if the products you have ordered are made to order.

9.3 Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition, at your own cost. This does not apply to made to order bespoke items.

9.4 We will refund the price paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to the original payment method.

9.5 If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the items when they are received, and you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. We may make a deduction from your refund to cover any damage to the item because of unnecessary handling by you.

10. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right not to process your order if:

10.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

10.2 We do not deliver to your delivery address.

10.3 If we cannot process your order for the above reasons, you will be notified via email and your account will be re credited as soon as possible.
