Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing from the UK, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right:

1. Should you wish to cancel or return your order notify us in writing via email to hello@lucyslittlestudio.co.uk providing details of why you wish to return.

2. You cannot cancel your order if the products you have ordered are bespoke made to order.

3. Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition, at your own cost to Manor Cottage, Brimfield, Ludlow, SY8 4ND. This does not apply to made to order bespoke items.

4. We will refund the price paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to the original payment method.

5. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the items when they are received, and you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. We may make a deduction from your refund to cover any damage to the item because of unnecessary handling by you.
